1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements from LAUN3.

1.2 By placing an order, you accept the applicability of these terms and conditions.

1.3 Deviations from these terms and conditions are valid only if agreed in writing.

2. Offers and agreements

2.1 All offers from LAUN3 are non-binding and may be withdrawn at any time.

2.2 An agreement is concluded after your order has been accepted by LAUN3. We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving a reason.

3. Prices and payments

3.1 All listed prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Payment can be made using the payment methods available on our website. Orders are processed only after payment has been received.

4. Delivery

4.1 LAUN3 aims to ship orders placed before 4:00 PM on the same day. Delivery times are indicative and non-binding.

4.2 We are not liable for delays in delivery by third-party delivery services.

4.3 The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with LAUN3 until the moment of delivery to you or a representative designated by you who LAUN3 has been announced.

5. Returns and exchanges

5.1 You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason, provided the products are unused and in their original condition.

5.2 Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product was delivered defective or damaged.

5.3 After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 business days using the original payment method.

6. Warranty

6.1 LAUN3 guarantees that the products supplied meet the usual requirements and standards applicable to them and are free from defects.

6.2 If a product proves to be defective, you must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering it.

7. Liability

7.1 LAUN3 is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of products supplied by us.

7.2 Our liability is at all times limited to the amount of the relevant order.

8. Privacy

8.1 We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal data is treated confidentially. Please see our privacy policy for more information.

9. Applicable law and disputes

9.1 All legal relationships involving LAUN3 is a party, only Dutch law applies.

9.2 Disputes between LAUN3 and the customer will be submitted to the competent court in the district where LAUN3 is established, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
