1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of LAUN3.

1.2 By placing an order, you accept the applicability of these terms and conditions.

1.3 Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

2. Offers and agreements

2.1 All offers from LAUN3 are non-binding and can be revoked at any time.

2.2 An agreement is concluded after acceptance of your order by LAUN3. We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.

3. Prices and payments

3.1 All listed prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Payment can be made via the payment methods available on our website. Orders will only be processed after payment has been received.

4. Delivery

4.1 LAUN3 aims to ship orders placed before 4:00 PM on the same day. Delivery times are indicative and not binding.

4.2 We are not liable for delivery delays caused by external courier services.

4.3 The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with LAUN3 until the moment of delivery to you or a representative designated by you who meets LAUN3 has been announced.

5. Returns and exchanges

5.1 You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided the products are unused and in their original condition.

5.2 Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered defective or damaged.

5.3 After receipt and inspection of the returned products, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 working days via the original payment method.

6. Warranty

6.1 LAUN3 guarantees that the delivered products meet the usual requirements and standards that can be set and are free from defects.

6.2 If a product appears to be defective, you must notify us within a reasonable period after discovery.

7. Liability

7.1 LAUN3 is not liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the products supplied by us.

7.2 Our liability is at all times limited to the amount of the relevant order.

8. Privacy

8.1 We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal data is treated confidentially. Please consult our privacy policy for more information.

9. Applicable law and disputes

9.1 To all legal relationships where LAUN3 is a party, only Dutch law applies.

9.2 Disputes between LAUN3 and the customer shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where LAUN3 is established, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
