Welcome to Scent Specialist! These general terms and conditions apply to all our products and services. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of Scent Specialist.

1.2 By placing an order, you accept the applicability of these terms and conditions.

1.3 Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

2. Offers and agreements

2.1 All offers from Scent Specialist are non-binding and can be revoked at any time.

2.2 An agreement is concluded after acceptance of your order by Scent Specialist. We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.

3. Prices and payments

3.1 All listed prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Payment can be made via the payment methods available on our website. Orders will only be processed after payment has been received.

4. Delivery

4.1 Scent Specialist strives to ship orders placed before 4:00 PM on the same day. Delivery times are indicative and not binding.

4.2 We are not liable for delivery delays caused by external delivery services.

4.3 The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with Scent Specialist until the moment of delivery to you or a representative designated by you who has been made known to Scent Specialist.

5. Returns and exchanges

5.1 You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason, provided the products are unused and in their original condition.

5.2 Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered defective or damaged.

5.3 After receipt and inspection of the returned products, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 working days via the original payment method.

6. Warranty

6.1 Scent Specialist guarantees that the delivered products meet the usual requirements and standards that can be set and are free from defects.

6.2 If a product appears to be defective, you must notify us within a reasonable period after discovery.

7. Liability

7.1 Scent Specialist is not liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the products we supply.

7.2 Our liability is at all times limited to the amount of the relevant order.

8. Privacy

8.1 We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal data is treated confidentially. Please consult our privacy policy for more information.

9. Applicable law and disputes

9.1 Dutch law exclusively applies to all legal relationships involving Scent Specialist.

9.2 Disputes between Scent Specialist and the customer will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Scent Specialist is established, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
